Meet Russ!

Russ is our Commercial Director, and is responsible for supporting both our domestic and international commercial teams. He introduces ‘The Fox’ to all of the new business opportunities in Australia.

We chatted to Russ about his time at Candlefox, and how he has found the last twelve years working for the business.

Russ: Best part of the job, without a doubt, has been seeing us as an organisation grow.

Being one of the founding members of the business for over twelve years now, and seeing Candlefox grow from a two-man team to 40 plus, across three different geographies has been absolutely fantastic.

Russ: We’re different to others in our industry, as we ensure that our earnings are either invested straight back into our team members, or into new, innovative technologies to benefit our clients.

We’ve got a really good, humble unit that has extensive knowledge around education insights and broader marketplace trends.

Russ:

“You guys are doing things that no one else in this sector is doing.”

This isn’t just in reference to lead generation, but it’s the service that we offer afterwards.

We aren’t just throwing leads over the fence; we’re making sure that those leads are being treated well, and we’re actually giving advice using data and effectively connecting people with further education.

Russ: We have opened up in two new geographies, and we are currently exploring a third. We are also looking at opening up a new, international offering across all English-speaking nations to start with, and then opening it up to the rest of the world.

Another thing that we are working on is a whole new array of products that will help our current clients be even better.
