Meet Claudia Reiners!
Claudia recently celebrated her one year at Candlefox, and we couldn’t possibly imagine the team without her.
Claudia works as the Commercial Strategy Manager and is responsible for making sure our clients have the best possible experience with Candlefox.
We chatted with Claudia to find out more about what life at Candlefox has been like over the past year and a bit.
What do you like most about working at Candlefox?
Claudia: The variety of the work and the passion that everyone has for their jobs.
There are always a multitude of projects and initiatives that we’re working on, new tools and services that we’re trying out, which means we’re always learning new things and trying to push the boundaries to improve our offering.
How have you found working with the team?
Claudia: Really great – the team is both fun and supportive. We like to celebrate all our wins in epic style, work together and lean on each other for support.
Most surprising part of the job?
Claudia: I’ve found quite a few things surprising about the job.
Firstly, it’s really great to see how hungry the younger members of the team are.
We all wear many different hats – everyone has a diverse set of skills, which also feeds into our collaborative nature as a whole. As everyone is more than willing to help out in areas other than their own, we are very aligned in everything that we do.
We really do live by our values, one of which is:
‘If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing amazingly’.
But I think I’m most surprised about the sheer amount of cheese we eat after work on Friday afternoons!
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
Claudia: I’m working on a 12 month Roadmap for our Buyers (our clients), and mapping out the individual touchpoints that our clients have with us throughout their journey with Candlefox.
There are so many ways that we can optimise the buyer experience, and identifying where and how we can improve our product along the way is definitely a lot of fun.
What are you most looking forward to over the next 6 months?
Claudia: I’m super excited to see the company grow even further globally, and see the team continue to expand even more than it already has.
I’m also keen to continue celebrating the business’s successes, and delighting our customers in new and innovative ways!
