About the role
Everything we do is aimed at maximising student enrolments for our clients.
Student Enrolment Advisors are the frontline of helping people make the decision to take the leap into further education. You will make outbound calls to people who have enquired on one of our websites to discover where they are in the decision-making process. You will engage them in meaningful conversations about their motivations and life experience and to make sure that the course is right for them.

Responsibilities
Ensure enquiries are followed up in a timely manner
Manage and nurture pipeline of prospective students
Manage student enrolments

Desired Skills and Experience
2-5 years’ experience in outbound sales – B2C or B2B
Experience working towards targets and KPI’s

About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Digital PR & SEO Outreach Manager to join our growing in-house SEO & Digital PR team.
This role will give you the opportunity to work autonomously on developing the digital outreach and digital PR strategy for our UK site; coursesonline.co.uk.
You will play a key role in the delivery of links to ensure digital PR success. You will already have an extensive list of web contacts, journalists, influencers, and bloggers and will be accomplished in nurturing new relationships to grow the relevant network.
You will be successful in creating targeted and strategic outreach campaigns that improve SEO performance and regularly deliver high-quality backlinks.
Outstanding written and spoken communications skills are a must, alongside a creative and integrated approach to campaigns. You will be a strategic thinker, and a capable doer, who looks to continually learn and improve.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing a robust outreach strategy for different types of content
Brainstorming, scoping, and strategic planning of the content/editorial calendar in collaboration with our content executive
Building relationships with web contacts, journalists, influencers, and bloggers - pitching to your network to place articles/guest posts and gaining valuable links
Researching and creating media/outreach lists
Performance reporting
Keeping track of partnerships to evaluate success
Daily monitoring of sector specific news
Backlink analysis and competitor backlink analysis
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media and or Journalism
3 years’+ experience of Digital PR, SEO Outreach and/or content marketing
Experience working to short deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment
Experience in brainstorming campaigns, and seeing ideation through to execution,regularly delivering high quality links and coverage to improve SEO performance
Understanding of digital marketing, with a specific understanding of modern SEO, link building and digital PR
Copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail
Experience in social, email and SMS campaign development
