Push For Better 2020
For the second year running, Candlefox is proud to be participating in Push For Better.
The initiative combines a fitness challenge with a great cause, to help raise money and awareness for Headspace.
By completing 3,046 push-ups over 21 days (May 11 – May 31), we are raising awareness for 3,046 lives lost to suicide in 2018.

Although we are all still working remotely, the Candlefox Team is still super keen to be involved in such a good cause.
We have especially been missing our active lunchtimes, so substituting daily jogs and bootcamp sessions for push-ups is definitely keeping us going!
You can tackle your push-up targets anywhere at any time, just as long as you hit your daily target.
Push For Better is an awesome way to promote exercise and celebrate its positive contribution towards better mental health.
This year, Push For Better is helping us stay connected while we work remotely, and we’ve more than doubled our participating team members compared to last year!
The COVID-19 crisis has also given us even more motivation to support and advocate for mental health in the wider community.
While participating, a different mental health tip is offered each day to help educate those involved about mental health.
All of the funds raised throughout the challenge will go towards Headspace – Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation.
